Terms and Conditions Flow & Glow AB

Payment
Payment for booking a Flow & Glow course, event, class, loyalty package or membership must be made using the selected payment method at the time of booking through the platform Peach.

Non-Refundable
All bookings for Flow & Glow courses, events, classes, loyalty packages or memberships are non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of personal circumstances or unforeseen events.

Cancellation
Only exceptional circumstances are eligible for cancellation. A valid doctor’s certificate for injury or long-term sickness must be provided. Without a certificate, cancellations are not permitted.

Schedule Changes
Flow & Glow AB reserves the right to make changes to the course or event schedule, including timings, dates, venue, or teaching Glower. Participants will be informed promptly of any such changes.

Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own health and must assess their ability to participate safely. Any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or limitations should be taken into consideration prior to participation. Consultation with a medical professional is encouraged if there is any uncertainty.

Liability and Risk
Participation in Flow & Glow classes involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking and participating, the participant acknowledges and accepts these risks.

Flow & Glow AB holds a business liability insurance that applies to classes conducted on behalf of the Company. Flow & Glow AB and the teaching Glowers are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from ordinary participation in classes, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Instruction and Representation
All Flow & Glow classes are led by certified instructors (“Glowers”) or Glowers in Training who act on behalf of Flow & Glow AB and within the Flow & Glow concept, structure, and guidelines.

Loyalty Packages / Memberships

Loyalty Packages (Power, Forever)

- Validity: These packages are one-time purchases. All included courses must be booked and used within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:
  - Flow Power: 6 months.
  - Flow Forever: 12 months.
- Expiration: Once this period ends, any unused courses are permanently forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.

Flow Forever Membership

Active Membership: As long as your membership is active and payments are up to date, your included courses never expire. They accumulate and stay available for as long as you remain a member.
Cancellations: The Flow Forever membership has no long-term commitment. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings in Peach, provided the cancellation is made before the next scheduled billing date.
Post-Cancellation Access: If you choose to cancel your membership, your accumulated courses do not disappear immediately. You retain a "grace period" to book and use your remaining courses for 12 to 24 months (depending on your specific sign-up offer) starting from the date your membership officially ends.
Final Expiration: After this post-cancellation period (12–24 months), any remaining courses are permanently forfeited.

Personal Membership & Fair Use

Strictly Personal: All memberships and loyalty packages are strictly personal. Access to courses, membership benefits, and special "member-only" pricing (such as discounted courses) cannot be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the account holder.
Misuse: Sharing personal discount codes or membership benefits with non-members is a breach of this agreement. Flow & Glow AB reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately, without refund, if misuse is detected.

Service Changes & Limitation of Liability

Course Availability: Flow & Glow AB reserves the right to retire or change specific courses or schedules. If a specific course is discontinued, your access remains valid for any other available course of equivalent value.

Business Cessation: In the event that Flow & Glow AB permanently ceases its operations, all outstanding course access, memberships, and loyalty benefits will be terminated. Flow & Glow AB is not liable for monetary refunds for unused courses or remaining membership periods in the case of a permanent business closure.

No Cash Value: Course access is a service right and has no cash value. It can never be exchanged for monetary refunds, regardless of whether the business is active or discontinued.

Agreement

By completing a purchase or signing up for a membership, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement.
