Flow & Glow was born in Sweden in 2021. From the feeling that the dance world was missing something: a place where bodies aren't projects, where performance isn't the point, where everyone belongs exactly as they are.
We don't have mirrors, we have each other. And when a room of Flowers stops comparing themselves and starts moving together, something shifts.
Now we're growing. And we're looking for the right people to bring this to their own cities, their own communities, their own room of Flowers.

Always the same: you lead the room. Everything else depends on which model fits you.
HOW FLOW & GLOW IS DIFFERENT
Most concepts charge a monthly license fee whether you're teaching or not. Flow & Glow works differently. There are no fixed fees and no hidden costs. You share a percentage of what your Flowers pay and only when you actually teach. If you're not running courses, you don't pay anything.

WHAT IS A CHOREO DROP?
Twice a year (before spring term and before autumn term) we send you everything you need to teach a full course.
Each Drop includes original choreographies built around one empowering theme, a new warm-up, walking tracks, cooldown tracks, video guides for each choreo and a PDF with the full roadmap.

We keep our trainings small (limited spots) to make sure every person gets the attention they deserve. Submit the interest form and you'll be the first to know when the next dates are live.
Do I need teaching experience?
We recommend some experience teaching or leading classes — it helps you feel confident holding space for a group. Flow & Glow is simple in structure but emotionally rich. Not perfect, just real.
Will I create my own choreographies?
No — we send you two fresh Choreo Drops per year. Each drop contains 45 minutes of music plus ready-made choreographies, built around our values. You bring the energy; we bring the choreo.
What if I'm scared I'm not good enough?
Then you're human, and you're not alone. Almost every Glower has thought "Will anyone show up?" or "What if I forget the choreo?" The truth: you don't have to be perfect, you just have to care.
How will I teach Flow & Glow once I'm certified?
That depends on which model fits you best — we cover both in detail on this page. The short version: either we handle everything and you earn a share per booking or you run your own courses and keep 70%. Both paths start with the same certification.
What's the difference between the two teaching models?
Once certified, you choose how you want to work. Teaching through Flow & Glow AB means we handle studio, marketing, admin and insurance — you show up and lead the room, and earn a share of each booking. Teaching Independently means you run your own business, keep 70% of revenue and manage your own costs. Most Glowers choose the AB model. We walk through both in your 1:1 call with our founder Marica.
What if I'm not based in Stockholm?
You're welcome from anywhere in Sweden. Training is held in Stockholm; travel and accommodation are on you. Once certified, you can teach in your own city.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — you need to be 18 or older to apply.
